5. Intellectual Property

All developed code remains the property of Optima Systems Limited until full payment is received.
B. Ownership of Design Files
Design assets, UI/UX files, and creative materials are transferred to the client only upon complete payment.
C. Content Ownership
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all content provided (text, images, media).
D. Transfer of Rights
Full ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client after complete payment, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
A. Client Dependencies
We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side dependencies such as delayed approvals, content submission, or feedback.
B. Third-Party Software
We are not liable for issues arising from third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or external platforms.
C. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical outages, or regulatory changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optima Systems Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
